By using the hdk88 platform, you automatically agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. This document constitutes a legal agreement between hdk88 and its members. Actions such as creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game are a clear indication of your acceptance of these terms.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address used during account registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account login credentials (password, OTP) confidential.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.

Hdk88 may request a national ID or other documents for verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Hdk88 is an adults-only platform. Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

• Your first withdrawal will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Please upload the front and back of your National ID to complete KYC.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method as your most recent deposit. (Contact support to add a new withdrawal method.)
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• If you accept a bonus, withdrawals will not be permitted until the wagering requirements are met. This restriction does not apply if no bonus is claimed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes of submitting a request. Larger amounts requiring manual verification may take up to 24 hours.
• In cases of suspicious activity, hdk88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

The hdk88 bonus program is an exclusive benefit for members. However, the following rules must be strictly followed when claiming and using any bonus:

• Wagering Requirements: Claiming most bonuses requires a specified wagering amount (typically 30x–40x the bonus value) before any withdrawal can be made.
• Time Limit: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being issued. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• One Account, One Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to each member once only. Any attempt to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or betting categories. Any game restrictions will be clearly stated in the bonus offer details.
• Bonus Withdrawal: If you wish to deposit without claiming a bonus, simply select the "Deposit Without Bonus" option.

Hdk88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Changes will not apply to bonuses already in progress.

There are some key betting rules on hdk88 that all members should be aware of:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the live cashout feature is available).
• If incorrect odds are published on any market, hdk88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.
• If a bet produces an inconsistent result due to a system error or technical issue, hdk88 will investigate and make a final decision.

• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hdk88 and will result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.

• Placing bets automatically using software or bots.
• Placing bets by exploiting technical glitches or incorrect odds on the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal activities.
• Accessing or attempting to access another member's account.
• Disrespectful behaviour toward the support team.

Hdk88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If issues arise during KYC verification or any information discrepancies are found.
• If there is evidence of suspicious payment activity or money laundering.
• Violation of any clause in the Terms & Conditions.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Before closing an account, hdk88 will generally notify the member by email or SMS and allow them an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.
